We are a consumer oriented company, being consumers ourselves. Our entire family is fully
involved in the day to day operation. My wife Jackie and our daughter Darcie manage the office, answering phones, setting appointments, and dispatching
our technicians. Our son Brian works one of our service trucks. I supervise the entire crew of cleaning specialist
we have working for us including doing a follow-up to make sure you received the excellence we strive to achieve in our
work.
Jackie and I have been certified by the "Carpet and Rug Certification Institute". We belonged to the
"F.A.C.T. Committee" for 2 years. The purpose of this committee was to make the franchise's work better for the owners and their customers. We also
won the "AMERICAN DREAM" award in 2004 for our hard work and accomplishments working with Chem-Dry ®. Each of our employees have been
certified by Chemdry as "Cleaning Specialist". We all work hard to be neat and
courteous, providing a friendly personal service to our clientel. Most of our technicians have been with us since the beginning, gaining much experience in
the work they perform.
